Each development has it's own brand identity developed to match the style of the property and resonate with the target market. The branding is rolled out over print and digital touch points including brochures, adverts, window posters, billboards, site hoardings, signage, web banners and emailers.

By The Green was a stunning new gated development of ten beautiful two bedroom homes in Maidenhead, situated by the local golf club and parks. All the properties were designed for maximum light and space and were finished to the highest specification. The brand identity had to reflect the development's 'leafy' location whilst also conveying the superb craftsmanship, elegant detailing and exceptional finishes Rushmon are renowned for throughout the homes.

Rushmon were keen for the By The Green Hoarding to have a high degree of visual appeal, but also be sympathetic to the surroundings. Positioning the CGI on the panels directly in front of where the development would sit, with the roof rising above the fence line gave a stunning visualisation of the new homes. An updated panel with an invitation to the show home launch was added near completion which provided eye catching advertising in a tasteful and on-brand way.

Kings Meadow

Kings Meadow, another development by Rushmon Homes, comprised of 17 new homes situated in the picturesque village of North Chailey. The brand had to reflect the area being a renowned nature reserve, with the architecture highly sympathetic to the surroundings. By creating a crown from meadow grass, the logo signified both the exceptional quality and prestige of the homes as well as the location in the heart of the East Sussex countryside. A softly curved brand typeface paired with a defocussed summer meadow scene in hazy reds and golds rounded out the brand and conjured a wonderful sense of happy summer evenings spent in the garden at a new home.

The Kings Meadow branding was applied across a 20 page brochure detailing the 13 two and three bedroom houses and an 8 page gate fold brochure focusing on the 4 apartments. Both brochures featured high impact full spread photo-realistic CGI images, vibrant photography of the surrounding areas and interiors, along with detailed floor plans and a site plan. Each page featured a consistent brand header utilising the crown logo mark, with visually dynamic layouts for high impact yet clear legibility.

A site stacker board along with hoarding panels were produced to advertise the development during construction, as were a number of press adverts and emailers. Upon completion of the show home in phase 1 of the development, branded signage and pavement boards gave the new houses and apartments a strong sales identity, reinforcing the brand message of Kings Meadow being a prestige collection of homes in an idyllic location.
